Your privacy is very important to Transparent Health Marketplace, Inc. (“THM”). THM’s Privacy Policy outlines information THM may collect on its Web Sites, how we will collect it, use it and share it. It also addresses options and choices you have with respect to your information. Using THM’s Web Sites signifies your assent to our Privacy Policy. We will only collect personally identifiable information about you from the entity requesting THM to schedule services, or the Clinician rendering those services. Personally identifiable information provided to THM may be retained and processed by THM to better understand customer needs, your specific needs, to customize your experience, and to improve THM’s services.
Your demographic information may be used to contact you by post or by email for marketing or other purposes. THM may disclose certain information to third parties to provide services for your benefit. THM may disclose your information in connection with a legal action where necessary in our determination. THM will always protect your information and your privacy in accordance with applicable law and only disclose information to third parties when we believe in good faith the law allows or requires it. Your information will not be sold to other third parties for marketing purposes.
THM may also collect information about you that is not personally identifiable. This type of information includes your age, gender, zip code, area code, interests, and preferences. We will only collect personally identifiable information about you from the entity requesting THM to schedule services, or the Clinician rendering those services. We may share this information in the aggregate and in a non-personalized manner with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties.
When you are contacted as part of the delivery of our services you will be reminded of your right to refuse to provide any information. While you can refuse, certain information may be necessary to facilitate our services and refusal to provide information could impact our ability to provide you services.
THM may also automatically collect non-personally identifiable information about your use of THM’s Web Site, such as the domain from which you access the Internet, the date and time you access THM’s Web Site, and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to THM’s Web Site. This information will not be linked to personally identifiable information. We may use this information to analyze and enhance THM’s Web Site and for security purposes and we may aggregate this information and share the aggregated information with business partners, sponsors, and other third parties.

THM may use the information about you to deliver our services, communicate with you about products or services; improve THM’s Web Site; verify your identity; process a payment or claim; administer surveys and questionnaires; operate, evaluate and improve our business (including developing new products and services; managing communications; performing market research; analyzing our products, services, and websites; administering our websites; and performing accounting, auditing, billing, reconciliation and collection activities; comply with and enforce applicable legal requirements, industry standards and our policies and Terms and Conditions (T&C’s), such as our T&C’s of Use. The Web Site is not directed at individuals under thirteen years of age, and THM does not intend to collect any personally identifiable information from such individuals.

However, once we receive your personally identifiable or patient information, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems.
